A Distribution Center - Inbound Lead reports to the Assistant Manager and is accountable for executing and prioritizing the production process of the Inbound team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly. Processing a comprehensive understanding of the Inbound process, LPH, sorting and stocking daily goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing and overseeing the Inbound production processes including delivery scheduling, organizing workspaces, stocking, sorting and unloading of product.
- Has a deep working knowledge of assigned Inbound processes including individual and team LPHs, stocking and sorting goals and communicating them effectively with the team.
- Works to improve Inbound teams performance through huddles, feedback and other communication methods.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with staff and management.
- Reporting operational updates on a daily basis.
- Needing to operate PIT machinery (ie: WAVE picker, pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) at times depending on workstation.
- Track and report across all inventory related processes as required.
- Assisting in unloading incoming deliveries when necessary.
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in the automotive field is beneficial but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft office
- Demonstrate willingness to collaborate on projects within the DC.
- Must be able to lift packages in excess of 60+lbs as necessary
- Must have flexibility in availability
- Must be organized with an attention to detail.
- Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work under time constraints or tight deadlines
- Must be a team player who is positive and motivating
- Ability to use a WMS.

Compensation
- $22.00+ /hr based upon prior experience and qualifications
- Quarterly Bonus Opportunity of $900
