Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guestAbility to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm, cool, and collectedClean, neat, professional appearance Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at teracts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relays relevant information to supervisor.Makes change, accepts acceptable forms of payment and issues receipts to customers.
