ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Help Desk Support to join our team in the
DMV area . We have opportunities in the
Washington, DC area as well as

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Help Desk Support is responsible for serving as an advanced point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, both over the phone and via email. They are accountable for effectively troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. The Help Desk Support also assumes responsibility for accurately recording events and problem resolution in logs, updating customer information, and providing feedback and suggestions to internal teams for process improvement. Additionally, they are responsible for mentoring and supervising subordinate project staff members.
Basic Qualifications: - 5 years of position-specific relevant experience. DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.
Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant industry standard certifications such as A+ or Security+. Experience with help desk systems such as Atlasian (Confluence/Jira) or ServiceNow. Bachelors degree in an IT-related field.
Clearance Requirements: - Must be a US Citizen
- Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Physical Requirements: - The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $80,900-$134,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
