Renewal by Andersen's Events team is growing in Springfield, MO.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Promotional Specialist to be the face and voice of our brand. You will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels, such as home shows, retail locations, dinners, and HOA meetings. You will work with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events. Events can be held inside and/or outside throughout the Greater Springfield, MO area.

Job Responsibilities:

-Engage in conversations with prospective customers and educate them on our products.

-Work with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.

-Build rapport with customers and vendors.

-Track customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.

-Represent the company at product launches, events, our showroom, and trade shows.

You will report to our Regional Marketing Manager. You will excel in this role with an outgoing personality and networking skills.

Job Type: Full Time and Part Time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus uncapped commission

Pay Range

$41,600.00 Annually to $60,000.00 Annually
