Protech Automotive Solutions is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers.

Compensation and Benefits: Compensations and Benefits: Full Time. Work-From-Home. $19-$21/hr. Benefits Start Day 1

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer service focused, ability to develop relationships and deliver operational consistency
Initial contact for technical support (including tooling updates, renewals, and facilitating repairs)
Scheduling and order creation for Remote Services team
First call - answer calls from a retail technician or Auto Glass technician and determine the best course of action
Support business partners with technical evaluations
Accurate report entry in various internal management systems
Research, understand, and resolve technical opportunities during assistance and documenting resolution
Prepare, write, read, and demonstrate effective communication skills
Attend instructor led training or self-study learning modules
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through our company purpose and core values
Other duties as assigned

Required Education, & Experience

Minimum of 1 year in a billing, dispatch or call center role
Positions is fully remote. Considering Central, Mountain, or Pacific US Time Zones only.
Experience with automotive tooling a plus
Equivalent combination of education, experience and training acceptable
Knowledge of field policies, procedures, and practices
Must be able to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership internally and externally
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including basic Excel knowledge
Self -motivated, positive attitude with a customer focused vision
