We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant to join a large data transformation program of work.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Integrate Background Check with Workday
• Streamline the hire process
• Identifying new hires requirements like relocation, visa processing or accommodation
• Process Employment Verification letters
• Process Expense File in Workday

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Implementation, Configuration, and Integration
• Functional and technical experience in Reporting, PRISM, Worksheets, Business process flows and Integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM modules and tools
• Strong understanding of Workday best practices
• Experience with integrating third-party vendors with Workday
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Good to Have

• Workday certification(s)
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role
